I’ve been under Action Orthopedic’s care since 2014, it was during the summer of that year that I lost my leg. Wilver has been in charge of my prosthetic care since day one, even after complications and a few revisions surgeries he has always made sure to provide quality care and attention to the best of his ability. The entire team at Action Ortho has devoted great effort to providing the prosthetic care and services that I need and more specifically walking me through questions and doubts that arose when dealing with paperwork and insurance coverage. Over the 8 years that I have been under their care I’ve been through 4 prosthetic legs with the most recent being a microprocessor system. The process was seamless and attentive. I highly recommend Action Orthopedic for any prosthetic care and services that you may need.

My husband & I have been coming to Action Orthotics for the past nearly 2 years. Wilver, the owner, came to meet us when my husband was a new amputee & still in the hospital recovering from his injuries. From the moment we met Wilver, I knew we would be choosing him as our prosthetist because of his kind, patient & professional nature. He actually listens when you speak to him & is eager to assist in any way he is able. Now having 2 yrs of experience with Action Orthotics & all the employees: Andy, Mr R., Wilver's beautiful wife, etc...I can honestly say that my husband & I have never regretted our decision to go with Action Orthotic. We see Wilver aboutt once monthly & we always leave happier then when we came. WILVER & his wife keep us informed every step of the way when a new prosthetist is being built, when we come in for adjustments he is so patient & willing to work with us to make everything comfortable & understood before we leave. I do understand that Action is a business & have to pay the bills- however, Wilver & his wife work with us to ensure money isn't the reason we don't recieve care & they work with us on a payment plan that is completely do-able for us. This is just ANOTHER WAY they show their passion for helping amputees & are passionate about the amazing service that is provided. I feel like part of the Action family, we look forward to seeing our prosthetist (nvr thought I would say that). Wilver / Action Orthotics has a life-long client in my husband & I. I cannot recommend getting a consult with Wilver enough! No matter where you are in your Orthotics journey, Wilver can help. We love you Action Orthotics 💙 & cannot thank you enough for giving my husband his life back. Such a gift

They don't have a way to test the leg before you buy it. They hope for the best.

This is one of the best place I have gone to. Adjustment were made right then an there. I saw my older mom walk comfortably out with a light pair of shoes. I have gone back every year since. Thank you
