I ordered a Oxford Diamond Co New Solid Lion .925 Sterling Silver Ring as a gift and never received it. I was told that it was delivered but was never informed if it was delivered to my complex mailbox or mailroom. I requested a refund after a lengthy investigation as to the whereabouts of said ring and was told my request for a refund was denied So now this company has my money and I have nothing to show for it. Beware of this companies policy. It's not fair that they took my money and gave me nothing in return.

I have ordered twice from this company through Amazon. Each time I’ve been told that the ring I ordered was shipped. Then I find out the ring has not been shipped due to it not being available. I find this out when I see that the money I paid has been returned to me without explanation. The only way I could find out why was by calling Amazon. I am extremely disappointed in this company and I will no longer order from them again!

I have been ordering a lot from Oxford diamond co. and have been happy up until now. They don't notify me when something is not in stock and I even had one package that was missing an item only to find out it was not available either. No notification. That is not good business. I don't know if I will do business with them anymore. They do have nice stuff and I like the no shipping charge but they need to improve there communication skills with there customers. Also if something is not in stock and they tell you then they should refund your money that day. I'm still waiting for a couple of items that I have not gotten a refund on and it's been a few days. They are suppose to refund the same day if the item is not available. I'm still waiting!

TERRIBLE!!! buyer beware, do not order from this company. My fiance searched for an engagement ring for months until he came across one that was perfect for me. On proposal, the ring was absolutely gorgeous. He bought the ring from oxford, he proposed to me with it 3 months later. I have only wore the ring for 3 months until today when the setting broke apart from the band.. Luckily, I was able to find the stone. Another reason I give this company a 1 star review is the diamond was advertised as flawless.. It is far from flawless, it looks like the center diamond is cracked right thru the middle, there's an obvious inclusion thru the center of the diamond. For the money that was paid, it is not worth it!! For the money that was paid, it definitely should not break apart within 3 months of wear. I did contact their customer service, only to be hung up on. I called again and got no where, only to be told I have to take it to a jeweler to be fixed. This company offered no resolution to their faulty product!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I ordered a ring which was never received. I contacted them 4 times just for them to continue to reply it was on its way and usps was behind. I never received my package or my refund! Dont order from them. Horrible customer service.

I just recieved notification that my order was cancelled BUT I did not cancell it I'm so upset I really wanted the ring I ordered and don't understand why they cancelled my order.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have yet to give me a refund on a product that they found was out of stock. Terrible customer service!
