Don't you EVER think about going to this company and please, stay as far away as possible from it. I was working on the development of my own fashion brand, so I decided to send the company some emails asking for some information and all I got was unbelievable rude and late mails.

It's been almost impossible to get a single word from them. I sent my first email on September 2nd knowing that I won't be receiving an answer untill September 16th because they were out of office for holidays (they had a banner on their website announcing this). After sending two more mails on Sept 27th and October 6th just to check if there was some problem with the reception of my first mail, I received an answer on OCTOBER 11TH where they told me that I shouldn't have expected any mail from them since they would be out of office all September long and that I should know that (a total lie).

After all that, I took the time to send an incredibly polite mail on that same day October 11th, giving more information about my project, telling them that I'll be working on my tech packs for them to understand my requirements and placing some questions regarding the possibility of signing a non disclosure agreement.

Today, on November 4th, almost one month after and having sent another previous mail to check if they had a problem with its reception, I've received a completely rude mail (No "dear sir", "thank you's" or "best regards" here) where basically they tell me off for not sending any tech pack or anything to start working on the project and telling me that I shouldn't be worried for my copyrights since I've got already registered my brand in Europe. Let me remind you that a non disclosure agreement is meant be signed, among a milion other matters, in order to keep the companies from showing your work to others. No official registration is going to protect you from suppliers doing it wrong.

The level of unproffesionalism of this company knows no boundaries.

They don't care about people and don't deserve to be taken into account by anybody for their own projects.
