Bought a bulldog sculpture in Positano to have it shipped to the Puerto Rico. We had great communication and once it was shipped it arrived within seven days in perfect condition. Would recommend 100%!

Worst experience I’ve ever had over multiple trips to Italy, and to Positano. I Will NEVER be back here and I come shopping to Positano multiple times a year.

We walked in with money to spend and had our eye on a large lamp that would have cost over $500 with shipping.

While looking at the lamp, I stood up and accidentally knocked over a decorative globe piece worth about $50. Before I could even apologize enough and offer to pay for it, the worker started yelling at us saying we are “not real customers” and we “walk in and break things with no intention of buying anything”.

Excuse me, but we were literally pulling out the credit card to pay for the $500 lamp before the store worker threw her fit. The walkways were VERY narrow and there were multiple delicate pieces sitting on the edge of tables.

She gave me a discount on the globe and pretty much told me “too bad so sad” and we instantly knew we were not giving them over $500 with shipping with the tantrum she threw and yelling at us over a 100% accident that I would have happily paid for regardless.

I never ever said I wouldn’t pay for the item I broke. And we were well prepared to spend over $800 between multiple pieces such as a lamp, art work, and a smaller table floral lamp. We went up the street and purchased a $1500 art piece instead and shipped it home.

Hope the loss of business was worth the $30 tantrum you threw

I cannot recommend Alessio and his shop more. Him and his family take such pride in their work. They take the beauty of Positano and allow you to take it home with you. Overall, wonderful shop, owners, and products. Especially recommend the Almafi beach glass jewelry

I visited this store June 2019 while on vacation from the US. The store was filled with beautiful jewelry and while shopping I received excellent customer service. The employee was very helpful in helping me pick out a pair of blue topaz earrings, which I wear almost every day now. I hope to be back someday soon but until then, I am happy to have found you on Facebook and online!

Cheap jewelry that constantly breaks the moment you get home. Pretty scammy place that lies about where they get their stuff. It’s mostly cheap junk you can find at a dozen other stores but they tell you preposterous stories about how they we’re hand made in North Africa.
