Fully recommend this place for living short/long-term from the point of price/quality
Lived here for 3,5 months and absolutely enjoyed that. You have access absolutely to everything you need in flat + in common areas(GYM / CINEMA / Washing machines / BBQ ...)
Advantages:
1. Possibility for quick move in(1-2 days)
2. Fully equipped flat
3. Variety of flats and term plans
4. Good management who ACTUALLY reacts to claims / problems / offers and also organize entertainments for more convenient stay here

Certainly, as in each big community, there are people who does not appreciate this service and efforts ATLAS do, but ATLAS do really a lot to make you feel comfortable

P.s. have seen several comments re non refundable deposit, it is absolutely not true. In case you comply with agreement conditions - you wont have any problems here, they are not trying to earn additional money here.

Very nice place for students or short-term stay. If you are looking for a feeling of home, it is better to consider apartments. All photos and descriptions on the website are true to reality.

It takes them a week to reply to you by email, and they don't have any other ways to contact them (they don't respond on social media at all and I'm not calling them from abroad). Even inquiring about a room takes a week, so 2 weeks to ask about the rooms and reserve one. They couldn't care less.

Спать не комфортно, на утро вы проснетесь и вам покажется , что вы спали на промышленном предприятии по производству бетона, с опухшим лицом еле дыша от нехватки кислорода и пересушеностью воздуха в перемешку с пылью
Вентиляция весь воздух затягивает с коридора через щель внизу двери, кто склонен к насморка вообще там находиться противопоказано , вы будете постоянно чьхать , и всю ночь крутиться , а засыпать только под утро, ощущения гипсокартонные "теремки " в ангаре...

Супер, все очень стильно и продумано. Комнаты очень комфортные, так же есть множество различных общих мест для всяких активностей, несколько зон для работы/ учебы, где никто никому не мешает 👍 Рекомендую!
