Huge selection of watch parts and tools. They have everything from tools, to movements, hands and bezels. They cover a majority of brands including Rolex. The staff are highly experienced and don’t try to up sell you. Awesome place for all your watch making needs!

They have great variety of watch tools. Always ask for Charlotte!!! NEVER go to the Armenian lady Lily she always says they are out of stock to not look for the item, always has horrible attitude and avoids helping costumers!

If you go to this place for you watch parts please see Chalo. He knows what he’s doing and is very nice. Don’t see the owners sister. She gave me an attitude because I was only buying a $5 clasp and almost sent me home with the wrong part. She’ll truly ruin your day, she certainly ruined mine. The only reason why I give them 5 starts is because of Chalo. He knows how to treat people.
